Week: $310 total cost, including all fees
Weekend: $180 total cost for 3 nights, including all fees (Choice of M, J, V, S or D, V, S, D or V, S, D, L)

(A deposit of 30% of the rental price) must be paid upon contract receipt.

Check-out time before 12:00pm.
Available for monthly rentals or longer (maximum of 3 months).
Invoice will be provided and must be paid earlier in the month.
Monthly contract renews automatically - one month notice required for termination.

Description for Gite

Ground Floor:
Welcome to our charming gite! The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The living room is furnished with comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV. A dining area with a table and chairs is also available. Additionally, there is an ironing board and a storage unit for your convenience.

There is also a small area on the ground floor that includes a toilet with a mill and a handwashing station with storage space.

First Floor:
Upstairs, you will find a cozy mezzanine area and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140) and a spacious dressing area.

The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. For added convenience, a washing machine is also provided.
