Embark on one of the 33 hiking trails in the area, including the stunning GROSNE and SAONE routes between the GR 76 and the Paths Moines. For a picturesque adventure, explore the bucolic GREENWAY, which winds through castles, forests, and groves, or take a leisurely stroll along the ROUTE BLUE, reserved for walkers, mountain biking, and skating. We offer mountain bikes, children's bikes, and trailers for your convenience.

In Chalon sur Saone, you can indulge in the wave pool with games, sauna, and hammam. The city also offers bowling, a wildlife and botanical park, and numerous restaurants. Just 8 km away, Tournus awaits with its art and history, abbey, ancient streets, and the beginning of the Way Blue along the Saône. CUISERY, known as the books Village, boasts numerous bookshops and libraries, as well as the EDEN Biodiversity Centre and its planetarium. On Mondays, Louhans hosts the great Bresse poultry market. And don't forget to explore Cluny with its Abbey, National Stud, and medieval city.
During your stay, take advantage of our complimentary ATV bikes for rides along the small forest roads surrounding the house. We also provide a well-stocked society library, games, and tourist documentation for your entertainment. If you're craving some fresh fruit, you're welcome to pick from our fruit orchard.
Our cottage features a large, bright living room with a large screen TV, TNT, and WIFI, as well as a comfortable corner sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine. The bathroom is complete with a shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus an additional single bed. A separate WC and washbasin are also located on the upper floor. We can provide a cot upon request.

To reach the SENNECEY cottage in LE GRAND (Saone et Loire), follow these travel directions: It is a 15-minute drive from CHALON-SUR-SAONE, 8 minutes away from Tournus (via the A6 Chalon Sud and Tournus motorway exits). Additionally, it takes approximately 30 minutes from Macon, 1 hour from Lyon, and 3 and a half hours from Paris.
