Situated only 6 kilometers away from the renowned Doue la Fontaine Zoo and 15 kilometers from Saumur, the equestrian capital, it provides an ideal base for exploring the Loire Valley castles, mushroom cellars, and vineyards.

The limestone house, nestled at the end of the owner's courtyard, offers a spacious living area of 70 square meters, including a charming 32-square-meter living room with exposed beams and stonework. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a microwave for your convenience. The living room also doubles as a comfortable sleeping space, with a sofa bed that can accommodate two guests.

The cozy bedroom spans 16 square meters and features a comfortable double bed (140cm) and an additional single bed (90cm). The bathroom and toilet are modern and equipped with floor heating to ensure your comfort. Outside, you can relax and unwind in the shared garden, which offers a tranquil retreat.
