This is a charming farmhouse located in the peaceful and green countryside of the northwest Lot region. It is a typical example of old Lotoise farms, with its historical character intact. The nearby town of Lacapelle-Marival, only 4 km away, offers all necessary amenities as well as a fascinating 13th-century castle. The farmhouse is surrounded by numerous attractions, including the famous sites of Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, the beautiful valleys of the Lot and Dordogne rivers, a lake, and a zoo.

Renovated in 2005, the house has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. It features traditional buildings arranged around a courtyard, complete with a well and stone trough where cattle used to drink before returning to the barn. The barn itself has been converted, with the ground floor providing a pleasant courtyard area for outdoor seating and a barbecue, while the upper floor offers access to the pool.

Entering the house via a stone staircase, you will find the interior still retains its "inglenook" and "scullery," adding to its authentic atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a mixture of elegance and simplicity, creating a bright and welcoming space.
