Location:The Chautagne Motz cottage is conveniently situated at the intersection of three departments: Savoie, Haute-Savoie, and Ain.
The town offers an abundance of outdoor activities and natural beauty, with the Space Sport and Nature area located just 2 km away. This area features a monitored water facility with lifeguards during the summer months, two tennis courts, a roller skating rink, a tree trail, and a restaurant.
For those seeking water-based recreation, Lac du Bourget is only a short 15 km drive to the north. Here, you can enjoy a beach, pedal boats, water skiing, and another great restaurant.
The cottage itself is a comfortable terraced house with approximately 65 m2 of living space. It also boasts a lovely garden measuring around 25 m2, complete with garden furniture and a BBQue for outdoor dining.
Parking is a breeze with two dedicated spaces right in front of the house. Additionally, there is a basement equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as space to store two bicycles.
Speaking of bicycles, we provide five adult bikes for your convenience. These include one city bike, one mountain bike, and four others for your enjoyment.
Inside the cottage, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has a 140 cm bed and a loft bed measuring 90 cm, and the third bedroom includes a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. The third bedroom can accommodate three people, with an additional charge of 5 euros per person per day. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa bed in the living room measuring 130 cm.
We provide all necessary linens and towels, so no need to worry about packing those. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, a 4-ring gas cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. You'll find enough tableware for up to 7 people.
The living room is furnished with a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a mini HiFi system, WiFi access, various board games, and a library for your entertainment.
Additional amenities include a hairdryer, a fan heater, two fans, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack, a floor vacuum cleaner, and one upstairs as well.
For families traveling with young children, we offer a high chair, a changing table with a newborn bath, a chamber pot, and a stroller. Babysitting services are also available upon request.
Lastly, we happily welcome pets to our cottage.
