A renovated farmhouse surrounded by vineyards offers a variety of amenities. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a lounge with an Alsatian stove, a spacious dining room with a kitchenette equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster grill. Additionally, there is a toilet on the ground floor. The farmhouse provides facilities such as a crib, a high chair, and a baby stroller.
Upstairs, there are three charmingly decorated bedrooms called Provence, Prairie, and Oceans, which serve as bed and breakfast accommodations.

Guests have access to parking and a private entrance from the garden. There is a lovely patio designed in a "Moorish" style, serving as a summer kitchen with a bar and barbecue facilities. The property also features an 8x4 pool for relaxation. Furthermore, there is the possibility of parking motorcycles, jet skis, and quads on the premises. Plans for a pool were made in 2011, and there is an option to accommodate quads and jet skis in separate spaces.

Directions

Take exit 38 (Paris-Bordeaux or Bordeaux-Paris) on the A10. Once you've paid the toll, continue following the signs towards St Caprais de Blaye for approximately 4 kilometers. Look for the church and follow the route to Calvary, then follow the signs towards Richebonne. At the fork, make sure to keep left. You will arrive at a house with stone walls and blue shutters.

If you are on the N137 axis (Mirambeau / Blaye), turn left when you reach the area for motorhomes. Head towards the center of St Caprais until you reach the church, and then follow the same path as described above.
