Equipment:On the first floor, you will find five bedrooms, each equipped with a washbasin. Three of these rooms feature a comfortable double bed, while one room is furnished with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bedroom that accommodates two single beds and a bunk bed. The first floor also provides two communal showers and two toilets for the convenience of all guests.
The ground floor boasts a separate toilet and a spacious area that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a delightful dining room with a bay window offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, and a cozy lounge area. Furthermore, high-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire house, ensuring seamless connectivity.
Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Directions
To reach your destination, take the A40 highway and exit at 21 Passy. Continue towards the chief town of Passy. If you're coming from the capital, follow the D13 road towards Sallanches. Look for the path of Regards, which will be located 800 meters away on the left side.
