Rent a charming detached house on a family property, suitable for 2 to 4 people. The house has been fully renovated and offers a comfortable living space of 20 m2. Surrounded by a big fenced area, it is nestled in a peaceful and wooded environment, providing a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature.The living room is equipped with a convenient kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable bed, offering a pleasant sleeping arrangement for two people. The house also features a shower room with a toilet. Step outside onto the terrace, furnished with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella, creating a perfect spot to relax and unwind without any overlooking neighbors.
Additional photos of the property are available upon request via email. There is also the possibility of accommodating two more people in a mezzanine area with a double bed, although access to this area may be impractical for some.
Located close to the Orient Forest Park, the property is only a 10-minute drive from various lakes and a 5-minute drive from the Troyes/Dienville bike path. A supermarket is conveniently located just 5 minutes away, and the city of Troyes, renowned for its magnificent architectural heritage and factory outlet stores, is only 10 minutes away by car. For some family fun, the amusement park Nigloland is just a 30-minute drive away.
The property is available for rent starting from the weekend of 08/28/15. The weekend rate is 50 euros per night, while the weekly rate is 40 euros per night. For a full week's stay from Saturday to Saturday, the price is 200 euros. For longer stays, please contact us for additional information.
Various optional services are also available, including the rental of sheets for 10 euros, bath towels and a towel for 5 euros, and baby accessories such as a bed and high chair for 5 euros. Additionally, a cleaning fee of 20 euros can be arranged for your convenience upon departure.

Très satisfait
Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
