Our rates are designed for families of 3 or more, as well as couples and individuals. Families with at least one child, honeymooners, and world travelers can take advantage of discounted rates during the off season. We provide cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bikes with child seats.

For 1 to 2 people:
- Low season rates (January, February, March, November, and December 15 inclusive):
- Stay for 1 to 2 people: 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) per night, equivalent to 5,400 XPF or 53.63 € per person. One person pays the fixed price of 10,800 XPF.
- High season rates (April to October inclusive):
- Stay for 1 to 2 people: 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night, equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person. One person pays the fixed price of 12,800 XPF.
- Stays of 1 to 2 days throughout the year are charged at the full rate of 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 people. One person pays the package of 12,800 XPF.

Intended for families seeking a comfortable and extended stay, our accommodations offer the following amenities:

- Convenient proximity to a new catering service (50 meters) and a small snack bar (150 meters).
- Fridge stocking service.
- Exciting sea and land activities, guided by a knowledgeable Polynesian who can introduce you to the island and its manta rays (April to August). Activity rates start at 3,000 XPF (25.14 €) per person for a minimum of 4 hours on Wednesdays.
- The dive center offers complimentary pick-up from the residence.
- We now have a specially designed 4X4 vehicle for land exploration activities, available upon request.
- Enjoy a guided tour of the island with Albert, a local storyteller who will share the island's legends and take you to ten different sites.

As part of our partnership with a nearby popular catering service known for its hospitality, environment, and quality, meals and breakfast can be delivered directly to the terrace of your beach house.

Your bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor dining terrace, and a shaded barbecue area. We offer a pre-arrival fridge stocking service, where you can provide us with a shopping list and the items will be charged at the store's cost, plus an 800 XPF (6.7 €) shopping fee.

Nearby, you will find the "Mimi" snack bar on Tereia Beach, open daily until 3 pm. While their menu is limited, the food is good, filling, and affordable. In the village, there is a small bakery and a restaurant with prices ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 XPF (10 to 15 €) per person. They also offer a delivery service for an additional 800 XPF (6.7 €). There is also a pizzeria where each slice costs 200 XPF (1.68 €), with a distance of 3.5 to 4 km (or 2 km via a more challenging but rewarding scenic route).

Through our partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, we can arrange visits to other beautiful locations for lunch or dinner, especially on the nearby motus (islets), subject to availability and reservation made 48 to 72 hours in advance.

A limited menu is available for weekends, offering a selection of dishes for Saturday and Sunday evenings. Details are provided.

A new convenience store, "KOKI" run by Mark and Melissa, is open daily from 7 am to 8 pm, offering assistance and a convenient stop during transfers.

Located on the island, you have the freedom to explore nearby areas on foot.

Private Accommodation:
A spacious beach fare measuring 72 m2, with optional air-conditioned bedrooms. The fare is equipped with windows fitted with mosquito nets, a bathroom with hot water, a kitchen with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, double sink with hot water, and complete dishware. It also includes a television, DVD player, board games, books, and DVDs. Linens and beach towels are provided, and there is permanent high-speed internet access. A mobile phone recharge card is also provided, along with a contact number for free calls to hotel restaurants, diving centers, healthcare services, and other important contacts. The fare is equipped with a safe, 24/7 electricity supply, a terrace overlooking the sunset, an additional outdoor shower (perfect for returning from the beach), a BBQ, daily cleaning service (except on Sundays), and the option for privacy by displaying a "housekeeping" sign to indicate your preference. Additional amenities include a washing machine, laundry facilities, and cleaning products. We also provide equipment for babies, including two cribs with bedding, two high chairs for meals, and two bicycles with child seats.

Leisure facilities and free activities included in your accommodation package:
Kayaks, bicycles for both adults and children, beach volleyball, bocce, beach toys and accessories for young children, and beach and sea chairs. We also provide crab hunting tools, fishing nets, bird food, and white moray eel spotting equipment. Additionally, we offer guided hikes to mapped locations (with an island map highlighting interesting sites), access to the neighboring islet in front of the residence, snorkeling opportunities 150 meters to the right of the residence, and a safe beach area for children to swim. Please note that hiking in the mountains is available without a guide, starting from the village. Kite surfing is also possible 100 meters to the left of the residence.

(2) Stays longer than one week will receive additional equipment free of charge, excluding the Hobie Cat 16.

Additional facilities and fees (Our discounted rates include a lump sum contribution to maintenance costs):
- Catamaran (Hobie 16) rental for experienced HC 16 sailors, with a fee of 5,000 XPF (41.9 €).
- Sailboard rental for half a day at a cost of 2,000 XPF (16.76 €).
- Fishing equipment rental (rods, reels, nets, spearfishing gear) at a daily rate of 1,000 XPF (8.38 €).
- Package of masks, snorkels, fins, and beach shoes (in standard sizes) available for 500 XPF (4.19 €) per stay.

Directions

To travel from Papeete, Tahiti to the island of Maupiti, you will need to take a flight. Upon landing on the island, there is a transfer package available for 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person, with half price for children aged 2 to 12 and free for babies. This fee will be paid upon departure. If you arrive at the airport, you will be on an islet called a motu. From there, you can take a shuttle boat to the village settlement for a fee of 500 XPF (€ 4.19) per adult and 300 XPF (€ 2.51) per child. Upon arrival at Maupiti Residence, you will be welcomed by Lai, the manager, with a traditional Polynesian flower wreath.
