This description is about a charming farmhouse located near Castle Fougis. It can accommodate up to 10 people with its 3 double beds, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed. The house has been lovingly restored by the previous tenant, who was once the farmer of the Castle of Fougis. From both the house and the courtyard, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Erich Engelbrecht Sculpture Park and the magnificent Castle of Fougis. As a special treat, our guests have complimentary access to the sculpture park during their stay.Description for Gite
This detached house spans two floors and offers a comfortable and spacious living experience. On the ground floor, you will find a large living and dining room, along with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a dining table, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a generously sized bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second room with a foldable sofa that can accommodate two people. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and toilet shared by these two rooms, as well as an additional toilet in a spacious lobby.Moving upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds, and another bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a bath and toilet. If needed, an extra bed can be provided.
The house boasts a sunny terrace at the front, offering breathtaking views of the sculpture park. Parking is available on the property, and guests can enjoy the convenience of tennis and table tennis facilities. Additionally, there is a private lake accessible for swimming. Various outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, quad biking, karting, and more are available in the surrounding area.
A weekly set of towels and bed linen is included in the price. Additional services such as cleaning can be provided for an extra fee of 80,00 EUR. A tourist tax of 0,60 EUR per person, per night applies.
