Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a sandbox, a swing, and a spacious 3,000m² garden filled with chestnut trees. The cottage is equipped with electric central heating and is situated just 500m from the village at an altitude of 380m. Guests can enjoy fishing in the communal pond located 700m away, or explore the nearby CHAMBERY Poncharal, which offers swimming, pedal boating, and fishing opportunities. Additionally, the area is rich in attractions such as Brive, Tulle, Collonge Rouge, Les Pans Travassac (known for its slate quarries), the charming market town of Objat, the Haras de Pompadour, the famous Caves of Lascaux II, the picturesque towns of Saint Robert and Segur-le-Chateau, and the magnificent Rocamadour.
