Welcome to the charming Rosmarino apartment! As you enter through the antique chestnut door, you will find yourself in a spacious living/dining room, measuring 30 m2. The room features a large table that can comfortably seat up to 8 people, and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. Adjacent to the living area, you will find a tiled bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet, and washbasin, covering an area of 5 m2.

The apartment boasts a beautifully designed kitchen, complete with Carrara marble work surfaces. Equipped with a gas hob, microwave, large fridge with a freezer on top, kettle, and a table with chairs, this kitchen covers an area of 12 m2.
