The bathroom includes heated towel racks, washbasins, a cupboard, a bath, a shower, and bathroom linen. Separate toilets are also available.

The house is equipped with city gas heating and offers internet access and a direct phone line. The garden features outside lighting and an automatic watering system. There is a private car park outside, as well as a locked garage. The property is designed to be easily accessible for disabled individuals. Additionally, the gite offers access to a swimming pool and bikes, subject to certain conditions.

Directions

The house is located in a charming French village with excellent services. It is conveniently close to Toulouse and its major roads.

You can reach the Muret train station in just 5 minutes, where you can catch direct trains to Toulouse.

Within a 15-minute drive, you will find large shopping centres such as Carrefour, Leclerc, and Ikea, as well as industrial areas in the southern part of Toulouse, including Siemens, Airbus, and Thales/Alcatel.

If you enjoy outdoor activities, the Golf Club of La Ramée and a leisure park with a lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, and biking trails are also only 15 minutes away.

The city centre of Toulouse is easily accessible within a 20-minute drive, as is Toulouse-Blagnac Airport.

Additionally, you will have quick access to the main highways that lead to the Pyrénées, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Atlantic Sea.
