Description for Gite
The recently renovated stone house consists of two 45 m2 apartments, each with their own terrace and garden access. Situated on a spacious plot of 1200 m2, the property offers a private swimming pool and parking area exclusive to the apartments. With a maximum capacity of 5 people per apartment, comfort is guaranteed, and the apartments can be rented individually. Nestled in a tranquil village near the picturesque beaches of southern Corsica (the closest being approximately 8km away), the location is ideal. Bonifacio (15km) and Porto Vecchio (15km) are also easily accessible (check my website for precise location details). The secure pool (8.5 m X 4.1, 1.1 m to 2 m deep) is shared solely between the two apartments, as is the parking area. The pool water is treated with a saline solution (salt treatment), providing a pleasant bathing experience with a salinity level of only 3 grams per liter (10 times lower than the sea).Reviews
