The dedicated homeowners, Fabien Saey and Jean Luc Dufrenne, reside on the ground and first floors, fully committed to their town.

At the second floor, guests can enjoy breakfast in a beautiful room with a stunning view of the street's façades. This room also serves as a relaxation area, where guests can unwind, read, and find valuable tips to explore the town through city maps and guidebooks provided.

The spacious rooms in 'La Villa 30' are equipped with internet, wifi, large LCD TVs featuring cable and international channels. Each room boasts its own private bathroom. Located on the upper floors of the house, the rooms offer guests exclusive access.
