Mouans Sartoux is a charming destination situated on the French Riviera, conveniently located between Cannes and Grasse, known as the capital of perfumes. It is just a short 20-minute drive from Nice airport. The town center, train station, and bus terminal are all within a pleasant 15-minute walk, while golf facilities can be found just 1 km away. The beautiful beaches are also easily accessible, being only 15 km away.Our self-contained ground floor flat, recently renovated and located within a villa, is the perfect accommodation for up to 4 guests (with a baby cot available upon request). It features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
Parking is available, and guests may also have access to the pool, subject to certain conditions. Additionally, we offer babysitting services upon request. Please note that animals and smoking are not permitted.
Our friendly staff can communicate in English, German, French, and Polish, ensuring that language barriers are not an issue. The flat is available for weekly rentals.
The rates for our flat are as follows:
- July and August: 600 euros per week
- June & September: 500 euros per week
- Other months: 450 euros per week
A deposit of 300 euros is required.

This ground floor flat has recently undergone a complete renovation, offering a self-contained space suitable for up to 4 guests (baby cot available upon request). The kitchenette is fully equipped, and the shower room is thoughtfully designed. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
The property offers parking facilities, and there is a pool available for use, subject to certain conditions. Additionally, babysitting services can be arranged upon request. Please note that animals and smoking are not permitted.
Our friendly and multilingual staff are fluent in English, German, French, and Polish. Rental is available on a weekly basis.

Directions
To get to the house from A8 (Aix, Nice), take exit 42 towards Cannes centre and Mouans Sartoux, following the signs for Grasse. On the expressway, take the fourth exit leading to Mouans Sartoux. At the roundabout, turn left and continue following the signs for 'Centre Ville' and 'Gare' (train station). Then, proceed towards Valbonne/Plascassier on the road. The house is situated just 3 minutes away from the center of Mouans Sartoux.
