The ground floor boasts a modern open-plan design, offering ample living and dining areas furnished to the highest standards. The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. A convenient downstairs cloakroom is also available. French doors lead to a picturesque terrace and garden.

Entertainment options abound, with free broadband WIFI, UK satellite TV, French terrestrial TV, and a DVD player at your disposal.

The first floor is accessible via a beautiful galleried staircase and houses four comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Perfect for groups of friends or families, there are two double rooms with king-size beds and two twin rooms. To ensure your comfort, the gîte is fully equipped with central heating for those cooler months.

We provide towels and bed-linen, with beds made and ready for your arrival. Beach towels are available for a small additional fee. Guests can also access a washing machine in our utility room.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of the wooded river valley and rolling hills from our secluded garden and terrace. The terrace features wooden garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, while sun loungers are available on the grass.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, LHirondelle operates a strict no smoking policy within the gîte. However, an ashtray is provided on the terrace for smokers.
