We have embarked on a new venture after successfully establishing two theme restaurants in Paris and Burgundy. In 2005, we decided to return to our roots and start a new chapter by acquiring our family home. After dedicating 30 years to the conservation profession in Paris, specifically at "Bourguignon du Marais," which we created in 1992, we passed on the torch to Philip Lalot, who now ensures its continuation and upholds the Burgundian tradition in the selection of wines.

Today, with some renovations completed to enhance both the wine experience and provide new accommodations for your comfort, we invite you to our estate for an unforgettable and pleasurable stay of exploration.
