This charming cottage offers beautiful views of the canal and the Loire River, located in the scenic Brionnais Department of Saone-et-Loire. Ideal for a group of 5 people, the cottage is equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The ground floor features a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a convenient laundry room, and a separate toilet. Moving up to the first floor, you will find three connecting rooms. The first room includes a single bed and a double bed, along with a sofa bed and two cots. The second room offers two single beds.

The cottage provides various amenities such as a television, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. It is equipped with both electric heating and a wood stove for warmth and comfort.

Outside, there is an enclosed green space with lawns, a barbecue, garden furniture, and a terrace. Children will also enjoy the available games. Additionally, the cottage offers two garages for your convenience.

The location of the cottage allows easy access to nearby towns and attractions. Marcigny is just 12 kilometers away, while Paray Monial, Lapalisse, Dompierre Le Pal Besbre, and The Dungeon are all within a reasonable distance. The famous Circuit Romanesque churches of Brionnais are also only 10 kilometers away.

A deposit of 150 euros is required, and the price ranges from 175 to 295 euros per week, depending on the season. Weekend rentals are also available upon request.
