Le Clos Monthébert is a charming cottage nestled in the tranquil countryside, offering a peaceful retreat. Set within a one-hectare fenced park, this converted farmhouse provides a beautiful green environment. The cottage is a separate annex to the owners' residence.

On the ground floor, guests will find a bright and spacious entrance hall, as well as an authentic fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The large living-dining room exudes a delightful flea market ambiance, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The ground floor also features the Plantagenet room, furnished with a comfortable 160-bed and a bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet. This spacious room boasts a soothing color palette of gray and mauve, offering garden views. Additionally, there is the Bocage room on the ground floor, which offers a cozy atmosphere with its rough stone walls and tiled floor. This room includes a double bed and a bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and separate toilet.

The 24 Hours Room is located upstairs and can be accessed via a spiral staircase. It comprises two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, as well as an additional single bed. This spacious attic room features a private bathroom with a bath, basin, walk-in shower, and separate toilet.

Linen and WIFI are provided in each room, which also come equipped with a flat-screen TV, fan, and hairdryer. During favorable weather, guests can enjoy the enclosed garden and furnished terrace for outdoor dining. The wooded park is perfect for leisurely walks, accompanied by the owners' friendly Golden Retriever, who is accustomed to children.

For ultimate relaxation, guests have access to a magnificent and secure 10m x 5m swimming pool, complete with a sun terrace furnished with deckchairs and a pergola. The swimming pool is shared with the owners and operates from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that alcohol consumption is not permitted in the pool area.

Conveniently located near various attractions, Le Clos Monthébert offers proximity to the Circuit des 24H du Mans, the historic center of Le Mans, and various green and waterway circuits. Other nearby activities include horseback riding, exploring the state forest of petite Charnie, and enjoying the amenities of the Brûlon leisure center, such as supervised swimming, canoeing, paddle surfing, pedal boating, mountain biking, tennis, and archery. Additionally, guests can visit the nearby Papea amusement park or the zoo de la Flèche.

The property benefits from easy access to the A11, A28, and A81 motorways, with exits 8 and 9 conveniently situated approximately 20-25 minutes away. Ample free and secure parking, with a digital code gate, is available on-site, and there is the option of a covered shelter for one car.
