Cicadas is a charming house located in the beautiful region of Méridonale Ardèche, between Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc. This former silk stone house has been completely restored with old materials and transformed into comfortable cottages and independent studios. The decoration and furniture have been carefully chosen to provide a luxurious and high-quality experience.Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from daily stress or planning a family reunion, friends' gathering, group event, or seminar, Cicadas has the perfect space for you. The house offers a tranquil atmosphere, abundant sunshine, delightful aromas, and nearby rivers to enhance your stay.
The ground floor features the "Eglantier" cottage with a main entrance, kitchen, dining room, lounge, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed), and a shower. There is also the "Matured" studio with a main entrance, kitchen, dining area, lounge with a sofa bed, and a shower. Both accommodations have their own terrace with garden furniture.
On the first floor, there is the "Oliver" bedroom with an entrance hall, dining room, kitchen, and a second-floor landing. The bedroom offers a bathroom, double bed, and single and bunk beds. The terrace on this floor is also equipped with garden furniture.
Conveniently located nearby are various shops, the city of Ruoms, a cinema, disco, bowling alley, bike and motorcycle rentals, hang gliding, paragliding, and a golf course. The sea is also within reach at 100km, and Avignon is 80km away, known for its famous festival in July.
