We are offering you three room options:1. Room 1: This spacious room features a 160-sized bed and includes a private bathroom with a shower and a relaxing balneotherapy bathtub.
2. Parental Suite: This suite consists of a 160-sized bed and a mezzanine area with two individual beds (90-sized each). It also has its own private toilet.
3. The Duplex: This room offers a queen-sized bed, a separate bathroom, an individual toilet, and a cozy lounge area with an additional sleeping arrangement.

Valerie invites you to her charming 100 sqm cottage, nestled in the picturesque green valley of the Royal Eure, just an hour and five minutes away from Paris and Dreux. This beautifully decorated accommodation seamlessly combines the traditional charm of a Norman cottage with contemporary comforts.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms to accommodate your family or friends. The first bedroom features a 160 bed and a sofa, while the other two bedrooms offer two 140 beds each. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a corner jacuzzi bath, shower, and toilet. For your entertainment, a color TV is provided, and amenities such as a cot and high chair can be arranged.
During your stay, you can enjoy an on-site tennis court, bicycles for exploring the area, and various children's games. You can also make use of the barbecue and garden furniture to relax and soak up the tranquil surroundings.
To ensure a comfortable stay, bed linen and household essentials are provided, and a maid service is included.

Un endroit calme . Un petit déjeuné exquis . Un parking .Une gérante tés agréable . Une chambres confortable et très jolie ( duplex ) . Mais que demande le peuple !!! Un très bon séjours que je vais surement renouvelé .
