We offer three comfortable rooms that cater to the needs of our guests. Each room can accommodate anywhere from one to four people.On the ground floor, there is a communal area where you can find everything you need to make coffee or tea. You can also relax and read books or browse through regional documentation.
Additionally, our guests are welcome to enjoy our garden, pool, and three acres of oak wood, perfect for peaceful walks.
We serve a continental breakfast made with locally sourced ingredients. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy your breakfast in the conservatory or in the garden.
Inside the house, we have a pool table and a piano available for our guests to use.
We provide private parking, WiFi, and maintain a non-smoking environment. If you would like to bring your pets, please let us know in advance as there may be an additional charge.
Description for Gite
Our charming cottage rental offers three bedrooms and a spacious living area on the ground floor. It has its own separate entrance, although it is situated in the same farmhouse as our main house. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge top, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary dishes. Guests also have open access to the pool and billiard room. Please note that weekend rentals are available year-round, except during the summer period and school holidays.Reviews

Directions
To reach Le Mas de Briquepierre, take exit 17 on the ring road of Toulouse. Follow the signs for Quint Fonsegrives and proceed towards Lanta / Caraman. Once you pass the village of Lanta, continue on the same route towards Caraman. After approximately 5 km, you will find Le Mas de Briquepierre on your left.
