We offer a comfortable and fully equipped single-story cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people. The spacious 120m2 layout includes a living room with dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer. The cottage boasts a double bedroom with a cozy 140x190cm bed, as well as a second bedroom with three comfortable 90x190cm beds. Two bathrooms with shower, sink, and toilet are also available, including one with disabled access.

Guests can enjoy their leisure time by relaxing around the inviting heated pool (10x5m) or engaging in a friendly game of pool or ping-pong. To add to your convenience, we have provided a furnished barbecue area for your enjoyment.

Conveniently located in the beautiful valley of Isle, our cottage is in close proximity to the greenway, forest, and LIsle, offering various opportunities for outdoor activities. Moreover, it serves as a great base for exploring the region, with Perigueux just 10 minutes away, Bergerac 40 minutes away, and Sarlat 1 hour away. The A89 highway is also easily accessible within a 10-minute drive. Supermarkets can be found within a 5 km radius.

Directions

To get to the town, take exit 14 (St Astier) from the A89 motorway. Then, drive on the D6089 road towards Périgueux. Once you reach the Razac fire, make a complete right turn to head towards the town.
