This charming detached house spans 100m² and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The house is spread over two levels for added space and privacy.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room featuring a contemporary fireplace, seamlessly connected to a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The large windows in the living room provide ample natural light and offer stunning views of the garden, which stretches towards the south and west.
Moving up to the first floor, you will find a versatile space that can be used as a game room or office, along with a generously-sized bedroom furnished with two twin beds (80 cm each).
The expansive 3600m² walled garden is a sight to behold, adorned with lush vegetation influenced by the warm Gulf Stream climate. From mimosas and agapanthus to palms, bamboo, and camellias, the garden is a haven for flora and fauna alike. The beautiful hydrangeas attract a variety of birds, making it a birdwatcher's paradise.
The house is equipped with modern amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and various small appliances. You can also enjoy outdoor meals and gatherings with the provided garden furniture and barbecue. Electric heating ensures a cozy and comfortable stay throughout the year.
