Experience peace, tranquility, and complete privacy at our spacious and fully renovated holiday house. With its own entrance and parking, this detached house is located just 60 yards from the castle and borders a magnificent 12.5-acre garden, perfect for leisurely strolls.

Inside, you'll find a charming blend of modern luxury and historical ambiance. With 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, the house offers ample space for up to 6 guests. The large patio, complete with a pergola, and the spacious private garden (over 220 sqm) are ideal for outdoor dining, enjoying a glass of wine, or having a barbecue (garden and barbecue equipment provided). Entertainment is never a concern, as we offer various games, table tennis, and a TV. And, of course, everyone can enjoy the swimming pool (7x13, heated) located within the castle grounds.

The climate in this area is mild in winter and warm in summer, often allowing for outdoor Christmas lunches. With an average of 300 sunny days a year, you can expect plenty of sunshine. The beautiful Narbonne beach is only 45 km away, while the Bize-Minervois lake (29 km) and canoeing options (3 km) offer additional recreational activities. Walking and cycling routes are easily accessible, starting right from the holiday home. There are also several lakes (ideal for fishing and surfing) within 9 km. The famous Canal du Midi, which connects the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean, is just a short walk away (2 km). Boat rentals are available nearby, with no license required.
