Experience the charm and character of an authentic restored farm at the Coast of Pink Granite B&B room with hosts. Situated in a prime location close to PERROS-GUIREC in BRITTANY, this accommodation offers an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking area of Paimpol with Roscoff on the Granite Coast Pink. Known for its exceptional beauty and unspoiled landscapes, this protected site is a must-visit destination.

The B&B room is located on the ground floor of the main farmhouse, previously owned by my grandmother, and can comfortably accommodate 1 to 2 guests. Additionally, there is a fully renovated annex with a kitchen that can accommodate 1 to 5 guests. Both options provide a cozy and comfortable stay, surrounded by the old stone charm of the farmhouse.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served between 8:00 and 9:30 am. Choose from a variety of hot drinks including tea, coffee, chocolate, or milk, accompanied by toast, salted butter, homemade jams, Breton fruit juice, yoghurts, and homemade cakes or pancakes. I will also provide you with information about the Coast of Pink Granite and its surroundings, helping you plan your exploration of this beautiful area. Don't forget to ask for recommendations on the best restaurants and pancake shops!

The accommodation offers convenient amenities such as a large private car park, washing machine, barbecue facilities, a spacious garden, and children's playground. Upon request, we also welcome your furry friends. Additionally, we provide complete baby equipment to ensure a comfortable stay for families.

Prices for the B&B room range from 45 to 55 sea-green € per season, including breakfast for 2 people. We accept payment through accounts or holiday checks.

We offer flexible availability, including night stays, weekend getaways, mid-week breaks, and more. Our B&B is open all year round, allowing you to visit at your convenience.

Discover the charm of my grandmother's farm in Lannion. This idyllic location is perfect for exploring the enchanting area of Paimpol and Roscoff, situated on the breathtaking Pink Granite Coast. Immerse yourself in the untouched beauty of this exceptional protected site, surrounded by stunning landscapes. Located between Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol in the captivating region of Coasts of Armor (Brittany), this old stone longère offers comfortable accommodations for your stay.

The entry and terrace (60m²) provide a private space for relaxation, complete with a barbecue and living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a multifunction oven, microwave, 220L refrigerator, 50L freezer, hotplate, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and small appliances. The house features two bathrooms, each with a toilet, and a bathtub. The cozy living room boasts a stone wall, fireplace, a three-seater sofa, and two armchairs. There are two bedrooms - one with three single beds (90x200), an office space, and a wall cupboard, and another with a double bed (160x200), a baby bed, and a cupboard. Television is available upon request.
