This charming stone house from the 18th century offers a lovely view and can accommodate 10-13 people with its 140 m² of living space. The house boasts a spacious fitted kitchen and a cozy lounge with a sofa bed and a fireplace with heat recovery. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 with double beds, 6 with single beds, and 1 baby cot. The house also features a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a hydromassage tub, and 2 toilets.

Situated on a south-facing plot of land measuring 800 m², the house also offers a 50 sqm terrace with a half-pool and a garage. Its authentic and renovated charm is showcased through the stone walls, bread oven, French-style wooden ceilings, wooden floors, and exposed timbers. The decoration is refined, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please note that this is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

The cottage is a perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities throughout the year. There are numerous options such as hiking, mountain biking, skiing (both alpine and nordic), snowshoeing, husky rides, tree climbing, climbing, fishing, tennis, horseback riding, and water activities. To reach Dimini in Chalmazel, Loire Department, Rhone-Alpes Region, France, follow these travel directions:

1. Depart from Clermont-Ferrand:
- Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls.
- Continue on the county road until Noirétable D1089.
- Follow the direction of St-Jean-la-Vetri and Jeansagnière, then take D101 towards Chalmazel.
- Turn right 2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel.
- Take the paved road on the left (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the village.
- Follow the cemented path on the left: YOU ARE HERE!

2. From Lyon:
- Take the A7 (direction St-Etienne) and then A72, and exit at Feurs.
- Continue on the D1089 (towards Feurs) until Boen-sur-Lignon.
- After approximately 2 km, turn left onto the D6 towards Chalmazel.
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, continue for about 6 miles (2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel).
- Take the paved road on the right (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the village.
- Follow the cemented path on the right: YOU ARE HERE!

3. Through Roanne:
- Take the D8 (direction St-Germain-Laval) until Boen-sur-Lignon.
- After approximately 2 km, turn left onto the D6 towards Chalmazel.
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, continue for about 6 miles (2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel).
- Take the paved road on the right (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the hamlet.
