If you are coming from Marssac sur Tarn, you should head towards Fayssac. About 500 meters before reaching Fayssac, take a left turn towards Sénouillac (D17). Continue for 200 meters and you will find your destination on the left.
Alternatively, if you are coming from Gaillac, follow the signs to Sénouillac. Once you are below the village of Sénouillac, look for the sign indicating "Lincarque" (D17) and follow that road for 3 kilometers. You will find the house on your right.
