LA GRANGE: This charming cottage, approved by Clévacances with a 3-key tourism rating, is situated near Versailles and Rambouillet, in the scenic Regional Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. It is conveniently located close to the magnificent Château de Breteuil and its extensive 80-hectare park.

DESCRIPTION: This delightful cottage offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is housed in a detached property with a small garden. On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a cozy living room with a TV lounge, and a well-appointed kitchen featuring a double sink tray, a ceramic 4-burner stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, storage cabinets, kitchen utensils, and crockery. Additionally, there is a breakfast area for your convenience.

On the first floor, there are three charming bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and a sofa bed suitable for a child. Lastly, there is a smaller third bedroom with a single bed. The cottage also includes a toilet and a bathroom on this floor.

Located on the second floor, under the roof, there is a cozy attic apartment with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, along with a dining area. This floor also features a shower room, a toilet, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm and a single bed measuring 90 cm, as well as a lounge area.

The cottage provides internet access for your convenience. There is a bus network available to Rambouillet and Chevreuse RER, providing easy access to Paris from Saint Remy les Chevreuse. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the business centers of St Quentin en Yvelines, Of Courtaboeuf, and Saclay.

The ground floor of the house features an entrance/utility room equipped with a washing machine, a cozy lounge area with a TV, stereo, and internet access, and a fully-equipped kitchen including a four-ring ceramic hob, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. There is also a breakfast area for enjoying meals. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a sofa, and the third with a single bed.
