This charming detached house offers a comfortable stay with its 80m² of living space. It features 2 bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed (140), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90) and a cot for families with a little one.The house boasts a modern bathroom with a spa shower, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
The dining room and separate lounge provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The lounge is equipped with a TV and internet access for guests to enjoy.
The property is conveniently located close to shops and motorway access, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The village itself is renowned for its ancient fair, situated at the foot of a picturesque hill. Additionally, Parmenie, famous for its Chartreuse cellars, is only a 10-minute drive away.
Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Chambarans Park and Lake Paladru, offering opportunities for outdoor activities and scenic walks. The surrounding forest also provides plenty of hiking trails right at your doorstep.
