With a total area of 45m2, the house has its own independent entrance and is labeled MINT * for its excellent quality. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, including an electrical stove with gas 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, table ironing board, and hairdryer. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and the possibility of an additional baby bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Additional storage space can be found in the corridor, including blankets provided for your comfort. The house is equipped with central heating and an additional oil stove, ensuring a cozy stay even during colder months. The large bay window, double glazing, and curtains provide privacy and a pleasant view of the countryside. Linens are available for rent if needed.
