This charming 19th century manor house, located on the outskirts of Thury village, offers a unique and character-filled experience. Just 25 km from Beaune and Autun, it is surrounded by a wealth of cultural and natural treasures.

The Dutch owners, Karel & Marja Brummer, extend a warm and personal welcome to their guests. The manor boasts 8 comfortable rooms on the first floor, accommodating 2 to 3 persons, as well as a spacious ground floor room for 2 persons, complete with a cozy lounging area and direct access to the terrace. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and toilets.

Manoir Bonpassage features a relaxing lounge where guests can unwind after a day of exploration. The garden terrace offers a delightful setting for enjoying a variety of refreshing drinks, from a small espresso to a fine glass of Burgundy wine. Guests also have access to a lovely swimming pool.

For a truly memorable dining experience, the manor offers quality homemade dinners in its intimate dining room. Reservations are available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. During the summer months, guests have the option of dining on the garden terrace until late evening.

The owners are more than happy to assist guests in organizing day trips to the region's renowned cultural sites, such as the famous Hôtel Dieu in Beaune, the Burgundy vineyards, and the historic towns of Autun and Dijon with their charming covered marketplaces. The area is also home to numerous castles waiting to be explored. Visitors can enjoy concerts in stunning historical buildings and churches, or immerse themselves in the beauty of the region's small Romanesque churches, chapels, and magnificent cathedrals, such as Vézelay, Autun, and the Abbey of Cluny.

Directions

To reach Manoir Bonpassage from Paris, take the A6 motorway towards Lyon via Beaune. Continue on the A6 and follow the signs for Dijon A38/Arnay-le-Duc. Take the exit for Dijon A38/Autun/Pouilly-en-Auxois. Once off the motorway, follow the N81 road towards Autun. Shortly after passing Arnay-le-Duc, you will see an Aldi supermarket on your left. Take a left turn onto D36 road towards Epinac, just after the supermarket. Stay on this road and as you enter Thury, you will pass a square with a church. After approximately 100 meters, take the small road on the left, immediately after the Renault garage, where you will see a sign for Manoir Bonpassage. Continue on this road, passing between two old farms and alongside a small lake. After a short distance past the lake, you will find Manoir Bonpassage on your left.
