Conveniently located along the Viarhôna, a greenway that connects Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean, with direct access to the trail. It is also part of the footpath route of Pays de Lhuis and Izieu.

This delightful single-story cottage measures 45m2 and is south facing, offering a private entrance separate from the main house. Enjoy a paved and shaded terrace, along with adjacent parking for both cottages, all nestled in a serene and secluded area. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living-kitchen area with a sofa bed that accommodates 2 people, a quality bedroom with the option of twin beds or a double bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside, there is a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as a lawn area for relaxation and play.
