Situated on the outskirts of Ain, Isere, and Savoie, at the base of Mont Cord and Mount Izieu, in the charming municipality of Glandieu Brégnier Cord. Conveniently located along the Viarhôna, a greenway that connects Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean, with direct access to the trail. It is also part of the footpath route of Pays de Lhuis and Izieu.

This delightful single-story cottage measures 45m2 and is south facing, offering a private entrance separate from the main house. Enjoy a paved and shaded terrace, along with adjacent parking for both cottages, all nestled in a serene and secluded area. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living-kitchen area with a sofa bed that accommodates 2 people, a quality bedroom with the option of twin beds or a double bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside, there is a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as a lawn area for relaxation and play.

New for 2015, we are thrilled to introduce holiday packages that explore the Green Lane. Join us for a minimum of 3 days and 2 nights, where you can choose between a VTC bike or an electric bike for your stay. These packages are suitable for families and offer a unique way to experience the beauty of the surrounding area.
