The Green Room (Chambre Verte) can accommodate up to three people and offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With its wooden flooring, green stucco walls, and original beam ceiling, the room exudes a light and airy ambiance. Additionally, coffee and tea service are provided within the room for your convenience. Enjoy access to free WIFI during your stay.The room features two comfortable single beds (80 cm x 210 cm) and is furnished with a table and two chairs. Central heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. The spacious private bathroom boasts three showers and a separate toilet, all adorned with beautiful white and terracotta mosaic tiling on both the walls and floor.
If needed, an extra bed can be requested. The Green Room is conveniently located in the main building, adjacent to the communal Salon Rouge (Red Room).
The Blue Room (Chambre Bleu) is a beautifully decorated space accommodating a maximum of two people. Adorned in shades of blue, the room offers a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The wooden flooring adds a touch of warmth, while the stunning mosaic bathroom features an original tiled bathtub and toilet with Moroccan details.
Similar to the Green Room, the Blue Room is equipped with two single beds (80 cm x 210 cm), a table, and two chairs. Central heating ensures a comfortable environment throughout your stay. Upon request, an additional bed can be provided.

We offer a charming Gîte and Studio for your stay. The Gîte is a self-catering apartment designed for two to four people, featuring a separate kitchen. The Studio, on the other hand, is perfect for two to three individuals and includes a convenient kitchenette. Both accommodations provide a lovely terrace and a delightful view of the garden. Additionally, you can enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue amenities during your stay. Stay connected with our complimentary WIFI available in the Salon Rouge.The Gîte is located on a separate wing of the main building, guaranteeing privacy with its own private entrance. Its Mediterranean-style decor features terracotta and mustard colored walls, as well as wooden floors, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The apartment is rented as an independent entity, allowing you to cater to your own needs. It includes a veranda with a picturesque garden view.
The layout of the Gîte consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a cozy sitting area. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a spacious living/bedroom that provides access to a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. This room features two single beds (80 cm x 210 cm). Upon your arrival, the apartment will be stocked with essential groceries, and the beds will be made. You can also expect towels to be provided. If needed, a washer and dryer are available upon request. Rest assured that all of these additional amenities are included in the price of your stay.

Une masure de caractère, des arpents de verdure, un chouïa de zenitude, des hôtes bien sympatiques - tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour.

septembre 2013, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante fermette restaurée avec goût avec des hôtes fort sympathiques qui connaissent le coin et les bonnes adresses, ne pas hésiter à rencontrer Caroline et Charles dans ce coin calme et réconfortant du Gers, belle région à découvrir.
Directions
To reach Domaine A Marmande from Paris, follow the signs for Bordeaux/Nantes. Stay on this route until you reach the A10 highway. Then, continue following the signs for Orleans and stay on the A10 until you reach Orleans. At the intersection of different highways, keep following the signs for Orleans and Orleans Centre/Vierzon/Limoges, which will lead you onto the A71. After approximately 80 km (50 mi) around Vierzon, take the direction towards Limoges/Toulouse, which will put you on the A20. After driving for about 400 km (250 mi), near Montauban, exit the freeway at exit number 65 and follow the signs for Agen/Auch. Proceed straight at the next two roundabouts, following the directions for Agen/Auch/Tarbes. After 700 m (1/2 mile), turn left at the traffic lights towards Montech. This road, the D928, will lead you to Auch. In Auch, take the direction towards Tarbes on the N21. Cross the water and take a left towards Mirande. Continue following the signs for Tarbes/Mirande on the N21. Upon reaching Mirande, turn left towards Tarbes, and then take another left towards Berdoues on the D939. In Berdoues, after passing a small square at the City Hall (Mairie), take a right. After approximately 500 m (1/4 mi), at the intersection, take a left. After 400 m (1/4 mi), take a right onto the third driveway, and you will have arrived at Domaine A Marmande. The distance from Toulouse Blagnac Airport to our location is approximately a 90-minute drive.
