This description is of a converted farm building that consists of four self-catering cottages. The gîte is connected to another gîte and a laundry facility.On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen area and toilets. The first floor features bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with two single beds, along with a bathroom.
The gîte is equipped with heating, a TV, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the laundry. Garden furniture is provided for guests to enjoy.
The property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens, a courtyard, and a play area with table tennis, table football, basketball, badminton, and more.
Bedsheets can be hired, and there are babysitting facilities available. The gîte is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable stay in a quiet and sunny location near one of the most well-known coastlines of Finistère.
There are plenty of outdoor activities for children to enjoy while you relax in the shade or soak up the sun.

Experience a holiday like no other in this charming 18th-century cottage. Steeped in history, the original construction date of 1733 is still proudly displayed in the stone facade. Despite its rich heritage, the cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to provide all the modern comforts you desire.The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, cooker, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. In the cozy side room, you'll find two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a DVD/CD player for your entertainment. The bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, with one room featuring a 140x190cm bed and the other room with two 90x190cm beds. All our beds are equipped with slatted frames and high-quality mattresses for a restful sleep.
The bathroom boasts a relaxing tub for you to unwind in after a day of exploration. Step outside into the garden and enjoy the outdoor living space complete with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. For added convenience, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible by offering additional services. Stay connected with our free internet connection (ADSL) and stay informed with a complimentary regional daily newspaper (available during July and August). Stay in touch with loved ones using the France Telecom phone card provided. For a hassle-free arrival, opt for our bed linen rental service, where beds are made prior to your arrival for a fee of 8 euros per bed. We also offer towel rentals for 5 euros per person.
If you need some time to yourself, we can arrange babysitting services upon agreement with the babysitter. For your convenience, we offer a cleaning service before your departure for a fee of 25 euros. Electricity usage is included with a generous daily allowance of 8kw, with a charge of 0.12 euros per additional kilowatt.
At the time of booking, please let us know if you require any baby-related amenities, as we are happy to provide a welcoming home for your little ones. Additionally, if you are a motorcycle enthusiast, rest assured that we offer a secure and dry night accommodation for your bike in our garage.

GITE DE PLAIN PIED
Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le gîte de plain pied chez Mme. et M. GUILLO à LANJULIEN à la Foret Fouesnant début avril 2011, nous avons été très bien accueilli, le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé, nous y avons trouvé tout le confort, c'est super calme pour se reposer. Vraiment nous conseillons à celles et ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes de s'adresser à Mme. et M. GUILLO ces propriétaires sont supers sympathiques , cela fait 2 ans que nous passons nos vacances chez eux. Il y a de nombreuses promenades et visites à faire aux alentours. Nous reviendrons en 2012.
