Situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Sahorre, apartment Belle Vue offers breathtaking views of the 'Vallée de la Rotja'. This spacious and comfortable gîte can accommodate up to 9 people across three bedrooms, but is equally suitable for a couple seeking extra space. Perfect for a peaceful getaway, Belle Vue serves as an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Conflent region of the Pyrénées Orientales, located just 15km southwest of Prades.Occupying the second and third floors of a traditional Pyrénéan house, this self-catering apartment boasts a private entrance and free reserved parking. On the second level, you'll find a generous open plan living room, a dining area with seating for 12, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware. The large breakfast bar seamlessly connects the dining area and kitchen, ensuring everyone can participate in the conversation. Additionally, the living room features a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and various comfortable seating options. Adjacent to the living room is a full bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, washbasin, and separate WC, along with laundry facilities including a washing machine and ironing amenities.
The three bedrooms are located on the third (top) floor, each capable of accommodating both a double and a single bed to suit your needs. All linen and towels are provided. The bathroom on this level offers a WC, washbasin, and a spacious modern shower equipped with body massage jets. The apartment is flooded with natural light thanks to its tall windows and offers a bright and airy atmosphere. Free wifi is available throughout.
Outside the apartment, you'll have access to the shared garden, which also serves guests staying in our Beau Vallon studios and chambres d'hôtes accommodations. The garden provides numerous areas for relaxation and enjoyment, including a plunge pool, a heated spa bath housed in a charming cedar wood chalet, and an outdoor 'summer kitchen' equipped with la plancha, barbecues, and a paella cooker. Various garden games such as badminton and garden chess are available, as well as swings, a rope ladder, and a playhouse for the children. A boules court (pétanque court) and a table tennis table are also provided for your entertainment.
The Vallée de la Rotja, renowned for its wild trout fishing, is often referred to as the Vallée Gourmande due to its exceptional local produce, including cheeses, honey, saffron, spirulina, charcuterie, apple juice, and a variety of delicious apples. A bakery is conveniently located within walking distance, and Maison Xifre, a highly regarded butcher, offers excellent meats. You can also indulge in locally made pâtés, salads, seasonal fruits from Madame Soler's, and wine from Sailly's Cave. Several excellent restaurants can be found in the vicinity, with one just a 5-minute walk from Belle Vue.
Belle Vue is situated in an excellent area for walking, with picturesque rural trails starting right at your doorstep. Cyclists will also find plenty of on and off-road opportunities, while music festivals, various fêtes, and historical centers await those with an interest in culture. Winter sports enthusiasts will be delighted to know that some of the best ski resorts in the French Pyrenees can be reached within a 50-minute drive.

Please note that there is a minimum rental period of 7 nights during July and August, and a minimum of 3 nights for the rest of the year. The weekly rental rate is €735 during July and August, and €650 for the rest of the year. A weekly full linen change is included. We also offer 2-week and monthly rental options. An additional cleaning fee of €85 is applicable at the end of your stay.

Directions
To reach Beau Vallon, follow these travel directions: Start by taking the N116 road towards Andorra, which is approximately 50km away. Once you pass Villefranche de Conflent, make a left turn onto the D6 road. Stay on this road for about 7km, following the signs that lead to Beau Vallon.
