The Domaine de la Vautier Court is a charming, traditional Norman farmhouse that can accommodate 8 to 10 people. Nestled in a tranquil countryside village in Mandeville en Bessin, it is conveniently located just a fifteen-minute drive from the town of Bayeux and only ten minutes from the sea. Surrounded by a picturesque orchard of sixty apple trees and grazing sheep, this property offers a peaceful retreat. The house and cottage have been carefully renovated, showcasing the local stone and architecture, and are adorned with a tasteful and understated decor, ensuring our guests enjoy both comfort and relaxation.Description for Gite
The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. There is also a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player, all open to a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this floor.Upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms. "The sea" bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a single bed, and a cot. "The swamp" bedroom provides a cozy double bed and a single bed. "The forest" bedroom features a lovely double bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom offers two single beds that can be easily joined together. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this level.
Outside, you can enjoy the lovely terrace with garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue for delightful outdoor dining experiences. The garden shed is equipped with deckchairs and various games for children, ensuring their entertainment. The cottage boasts a beautiful flower garden and provides secure parking away from the road.
