Welcome to the newly owned Villa Casa Blanca! This stunning Creole-style house offers a spacious 70 m2 of living space, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people (plus a baby), and comes complete with a private pool that ensures your privacy.Situated in the municipality of Saint-François, along the route to Pointe des Châteaux - a classified and protected site boasting exceptional landscapes - Villa Casa Blanca is nestled within the Karukéra resort complex. Here, you'll find the enchanting craft village and the House of Coco.
A private footpath grants you access to one of Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches, Anse à la Gourde, as well as the nearby Salines beach Tarare (naturist) and numerous coves within the lagoon. The resort of St. Francis offers an array of amenities, including a casino, an 18-hole international golf course, a marina, a port, an airfield, and a variety of restaurants and shops.
The house is situated on a 525 m2 plot of land and features a comfortable living room, a kitchen with two bar areas overlooking the pool, two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds, plus a cot) each with their own air-conditioned bathroom. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, a washing machine, traditional ovens, a microwave, a TV, a DVD player, and internet access via a 3G wifi domino. Linen is provided, and the house is equipped with a safe and electric shutters.
Outside, a spacious covered terrace awaits, providing the perfect setting for enjoying meals by the large, private saltwater pool.
