Furthermore, there is a small lounge area with a sofa bed. The attic has been converted into a furnished room with two single beds (90), bedside tables, and closets. There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin.

BASEMENT: The basement is equipped with a washing machine and provides ample storage space.

Located in a tranquil hamlet, this property is surrounded by scenic hiking trails that pass by the house.
