Nestled within a vast estate, the enchanting Moulin de Saint-Germain is idyllically situated near a babbling trout stream, right on the fringes of a magnificent forest. The Miller's Cottage, a charming detached house accompanied by an adjacent barn, resides in the historical miller's residence, facing the landlord's mill. Spanning across two floors, the ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connected to the inviting living area. Ascending to the first floor, you will find a cozy bedroom furnished with two 120cm beds and a spacious bathroom with a toilet. The second floor offers another bedroom featuring a 140cm bed, a 120cm bed, and a 90cm bed. Electric heating and wood are available (at an additional cost of 35 euros per cubic meter). The expansive open garden overlooks the river (please note that it is not protected). Convenient parking is also provided. Additionally, we offer a smaller cottage measuring 35m2, perfect for 2 to 3 individuals. Located in the adjoining barn on the first floor, it comprises a generous bedroom with a luxurious 160cm bed. The ground floor houses an open kitchenette nestled within a cozy room (complete with a TV), as well as a single 90cm bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Opposite the cottages, you will discover a separate guest house boasting its own bathroom, toilet, and a tastefully furnished living room adorned with the historic Mill Bread Oven.
