We offer the rental of guest rooms with breakfast included. Discover our selection of four beautifully furnished, air-conditioned rooms, each featuring a private bathroom. Choose from the Marans Room, with a comfortable 180cm bed, the Faverolles Room, equipped with a cozy 140cm bed, the Gâtinaise Room, offering a spacious 180cm bed, or the Wyandotte Family Room, perfect for families with its 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.All of our guest rooms are equipped with essential amenities such as a hairdryer, toiletries, towels, and WIFI access. If needed, individual beds can be provided upon request, except for the Faverolles Room. Additionally, we offer a complimentary baby cot for families traveling with infants.
Outside, our guests can enjoy a private and enclosed courtyard, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. We kindly ask our guests to bring a bag of charcoal for the barbecue. Please note that a tourist tax of 0.88 per person per day is required.
Check-in time is from 5 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is before 10:30 a.m. Moreover, a delicious continental breakfast is included in your stay. For those looking to enhance their breakfast experience, we also offer the option to reserve a charcuterie and cheese board for an additional charge of 30 for two people. Kindly notify us at least two days in advance if you wish to avail of this option.
Lastly, we warmly welcome calm and clean pets at no extra charge. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companions.
Description for Gite
COTTAGE RENTAL FOR 10 PEOPLEWelcome to our spacious cottage that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The large living room measures 60 m2 and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. Additionally, we provide various documents to help you explore our beautiful region.
Upstairs, you will find four air-conditioned and tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms are named Marans, Faverolles, Gâtinaise, and Wyandotte. The cottage has a total of three bedrooms for two people and one bedroom for four people. Please let us know in advance if you prefer individual beds, except for the Faverolles room. We also provide a baby cot free of charge.
Outside, our guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue (please bring your own charcoal).
The price includes bed linen, cleaning services, and electricity consumption of up to 8kWh per day. Please note that a tourist tax of 1.65 euros per person per day is not included. Towels are available upon request for an additional fee of 5 euros per person.
For heating, a pellet stove is provided with one bag of pellets per night. An extra fee of 6 euros per additional bag will be charged in case of overconsumption.
Check-in is available from 4 p.m. and check-out is required by 10 a.m. If you wish to check out later, until 6 p.m., please inform us in advance so we can arrange it for you (additional charges may apply).
We are happy to welcome well-behaved and clean pets. A supplement of 5 euros per animal per day will be charged.

Agréable séjour
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un week-end agréable, proche de Beaune. Accès facile et nuit au calme malgré la proximité de la route.

If you are coming from Paris or Lyon, take the Beaune center exit and at the first roundabout, make a right turn. At the second roundabout, make another right turn and continue for 6 km on the D973. Look for the second house on the left after passing the 70km/h sign.
If you are coming from Seurre, simply stay on the D973. After passing the 70km/h sign, you will find the first house on the right after the intersection.
