Description for B&B:
Welcome to the charming House of the Bretons Nantais! Situated just a short 10-minute drive from Nantes city center and a mere 5-minute stroll from Pont Rousseau station (tram and b), our lovely abode is conveniently located near a bustling shopping street. Despite its central location, our house provides a tranquil escape, nestled just steps away from the serene Sevre river. The house itself, a hidden gem, is discreetly tucked away from the street behind a blue gate. Built in 2013, the 28 m² property adheres to the highest standards of energy efficiency.Upon entering through the front door, guests are greeted by a bright and airy living room that faces the sunny south. To the right, a fully-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, combi microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge with freezer compartment) awaits, blending seamlessly into the space. Across from the kitchen, the living area features a comfortable 2-seater sofa and a coffee table. For your convenience, the living room is equipped with a flat screen TV connected to an orange box, a telephone, a reliable wifi connection, and a stereo system.
A small office area separates the living room from the toilet facilities and the separate bathroom, which boasts a beautiful Italian-style shower. A staircase near the front door leads to the mezzanine sleeping area, complete with a cozy 160x200 bed and a clock radio. The cottage graciously accommodates 2 guests, with the option of adding a baby cot upon request. To ensure a stress-free stay, the bed is made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided. Additionally, we offer a selection of complimentary products such as coffee, tea, condiments, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper.
As an added convenience, we provide a parking space located within 100 meters of the residence. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are fluent in English and German, ensuring easy communication for international guests. For those who wish to start their day with a delightful breakfast, we offer a breakfast basket upon request for a small fee of 6 per person.
With the city center of Nantes just a short 10-minute tram ride away and the airport and Nantes station a mere 15 minutes away, our location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
