Welcome to our charming country cottage, a spacious accommodation approved by "Gite de France" with a 3"épis" rating. This beautiful stone building, dating back to the 17th century, has been fully renovated and is situated in the idyllic village of St. Margaret of Elle. Nestled between Bayeux and St Lo, and in close proximity to the famous landing beaches, the Regional Park of Cotentin and Bessin, our cottage offers an ideal location for exploring the captivating Normandy coast.With its independent layout, our cottage is perfect for accommodating up to eight people. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming entrance, a spacious kitchen (25 m2), a comfortable living area (40 m2) with sofas and armchairs, a separate living room, a bathroom, and a convenient WC. The first floor boasts five cozy bedrooms, consisting of five single beds and two double beds, along with another bathroom and two additional WC facilities.
To ensure a comfortable stay, our cottage is equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, interior and exterior dryer, wall oven, ceramic hob, electric heating, and a stove. For your convenience, we offer flexible rental options, including weekly rates: high season (€550), mid-season (€385), and low season (€290). Additionally, we provide weekend stays (€190), midweek getaways (€240), and even the possibility of monthly rentals.
Please note that there are service charges for water, electricity, and heating from November 1 to April 30 (€25 per week) and from May 1 to October 31 (€15 per week). For those traveling with pets, there is an additional charge of €10 per week.
To ensure a hassle-free stay, we offer the option of providing bed linen and towels, as well as making beds, for an additional fee of €10 per person. For your convenience, we also offer an end-of-stay cleaning service for €35.

1. If you prefer traveling by train, the closest train station, Lison station, is just 3 km away. From there, you can conveniently access Caen, Cherbourg, and Paris directly.
2. Alternatively, if you are traveling by road from either Caen or Cherbourg, you can take the N12 and then exit at 37a. Follow the signs towards Ballymena, Saint Lo, and Cerizy Forest.
