The Margotière is a charming Breton house that offers independence and comfort. With a spacious surface area of 70 m2 and a beautiful garden measuring 700 m2, this house is conveniently located near the Ria d'Etel.Perfect for a party of 4, with an additional bed available for children. The ground floor features a cozy lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as storage space.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 190 cm bed, while the other has two beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each. The Margotière ensures your independence, whether you choose to stay for a night or a week.
To make your stay even more convenient, we provide essential breakfast items such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Linen is also provided, and the beds will be prepared for your arrival.
The house is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, a washing machine, and a TV. The rest is up to you - enjoy your stay without any time constraints.
