Maison Du Montitier is a holiday Gite located in Normandie and owned by James and Jacqueline Cunningham, who are originally from Cumbria in the northwest of England.This Gite is a recently renovated barn conversion, featuring two spacious bedrooms suitable for families, each equipped with en suite facilities. It offers amenities such as satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, and Wi-Fi, ensuring guests have access to entertainment. Moreover, the Gite provides breathtaking panoramic views of Le Mont St Michel. For those who prefer bed and breakfast accommodations, this option is also available.
With a capacity to comfortably accommodate eight people, the Gite can provide a travel cot and highchair upon request. Its convenient location places it just four minutes away from the historic Le Mont St Michel, while also being situated on the borders of the picturesque Bretagne region.
Guests will find numerous excellent shops and restaurants in the nearby towns of Avranche and Pontorson. Additionally, Cancale, famous for its delightful beaches renowned for mussels and oysters, is only a 40-minute drive away.
The Gite offers a pleasant patio area, ideal for enjoying outdoor dining, as well as a large secure garden where children can play safely. Furthermore, the owners are licensed to serve evening meals and drinks, providing guests with the convenience of on-site dining options.
In addition to the main house, there is also a brand new one-bedroom Gite located in the charming village of Servon. Situated 7km from Le Mont St Michel and 3km from the main property, this Gite features an open plan living and dining area on the ground floor, making it an ideal choice for two to five people.
