INCLUDED EXPENSES RATE

The rate for this charming mountain house is adjusted based on the number of people and duration of stay. Here are the rates:

- For 4 people: 100 euros per night or 650 euros per week.
- For 6 people: 110 euros per night or 700 euros per week.
- For 8 people: 120 euros per night or 750 euros per week. (Additional 2 persons can sleep on a sofa bed in the office-bearing or living room)

All prices include all charges, such as electricity, wood heating, gas, water supply, linens, towels, and tablecloths. The house will be heated on the day of your arrival and you will be welcomed with drinks.

Located in the Baronnies, near Bagneres de Bigorre thermal spa, this former farm from 1839 offers a unique blend of traditional architecture and eco-friendly renovation. With natural materials, wood beams, lime-hemp, and a wood stove, the house provides a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. It also features modern amenities such as a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, library, stereo, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The house has two floors. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms, an office-bearing, and a toilet. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an open fireplace and wood stove, a veranda, a bathroom, a laundry room, a dressing room, and a toilet.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms featuring double beds (160 and 140) and a veranda room with a sofa bed (140). Additionally, there is a sofa bed for 2 people in the office-bearing or living room for 2 additional guests.

The south-facing terrace allows for enjoying the sunshine and stunning mountain views. The spacious courtyard and sports area (1000m²) offer relaxation and various outdoor activities.

This region is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. You can enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, cycling (road and mountain biking), skiing (cross-country and downhill), golfing, horse riding, paragliding, fishing, and exploring caves.
