This spacious cottage measures 143 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people with its three generous bedrooms. It is situated at 4 Aillianville road, Lafauche, and offers complete privacy from the guest room.

This charming house showcases traditional stone walls and wooden beams, and is conveniently located at the base of the stunning Lafauche castle. The breathtaking views of the surrounding nature make this place truly special, and its authentic atmosphere creates the perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. Everything you need to feel comfortable and at home, both inside and outside the house, is provided.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. There is also a lovely veranda with garden furniture, as well as an outdoor terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The upper floor features a mezzanine with a lounge area, and one bedroom with a king-sized bed. Additionally, there is a private library garden, which is adjacent and fenced, and the option to access more space in the orchard. Private and secure parking is also available.

The cottage is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, and more. For entertainment, there is a large-screen television with satellite package, DVD player, PC, Wii, stereo system, internet and telephone access, WiFi, bikes, and board games. If needed, a crib and high chair can be provided, and other baby essentials such as a stroller, bath, deck chair, bottle warmer, and sterilizer are available upon request.

Outdoor amenities include bikes for exploring the area, a petanque terrain for friendly competition, and comfortable deck chairs for soaking up the sun.

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans ce superbe gîte où rien ne manque, pièces vastes, véranda avec vue magnifique sur la campagne, très bien équipé et calme. La propriétaire est super sympathique et pleine d'attentions pour ses hôtes. Nous reviendrons. Brigitte du Rhône
