Welcome to our guest apartment located on the beautiful banks of the Sevre Nantes, in the charming town of Vertou. Situated just 10 minutes away from downtown Nantes, with direct access to the "busway" and only a 5-minute drive from the Congress Center, our apartment is the perfect base for your stay.

This loft apartment offers a spacious 45m2 of living space, complete with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a toilet. We provide all the essentials, including bed linen, towels, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, towels, a microwave, a coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, a TV, and internet access. To make your stay even more enjoyable, breakfast is included.

If you don't feel like cooking, we also offer dinner upon request for only 12 euros. Additionally, we provide convenient amenities such as car parking, bicycles, and access to our beautiful garden.
