In the heart of Aubrac, at an altitude of 1200 meters, we have recently renovated the Marchastel castle to offer our guests a warm and comfortable experience. Our facilities include a covered swimming pool and sauna for relaxation. We have two guest houses available, the spacious "Granit" chamber of 40m2 which includes a lounge area, and the cozy "Basalte" chamber of 25m2 with a relaxing bathtub. For the convenience of our guests, we provide a large communal room with a kitchen and lounge area. We are conveniently located just 2 km away from the famous Saint Jacquess pilgrimage route, and our pricing is flexible, offering reduced rates starting from the first night. In addition to our guest houses, we also offer five holiday cottages, four of which can accommodate up to four people and one that can accommodate up to six people. Our recreational facilities include a playroom with ping-pong and table football, as well as a covered swimming pool heated to a comfortable 30°C and a sauna, which are available for all guests to enjoy. We also provide cabled internet access or WIFI for your convenience.

Description for Gite

We have a selection of holiday cottages available for your stay. Each cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and features a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The cottages also include a shower room with toilet, a dishwasher, TV, terrace, garden with a barbecue, and a shared washing machine.

Alternatively, we have a larger holiday cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people. This individual house offers a comfortable living area with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a mezzanine with a double bed. The house also includes a shower room, toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, fireplace, private garden, and barbecue.

All accommodations are equipped with central heating using wood pellets and pets are allowed. There is ample outdoor parking available. Additionally, guests have access to communal amenities such as bikes, ping-pong, table football, sauna, and a heated covered swimming pool maintained at 30°C. Internet access is provided via cable or WIFI.

Directions

If you are approaching from the North via the A75, take the exit for Aumont-Aubrac Nord n°35. From there, follow the signs for Nasbinals. After passing Malbouzon, turn left towards Marchastel. Once you reach the bridge, turn left again and continue until you reach the first house on the left.

If you are coming from the South on the A75, take the Marvejols exit n°38. Follow the signs for Nasbinals and after 17km, turn right towards Marchastel. The first house on the left will be your destination.

If you are coming from the East, you will need to cross the A75 and then follow the previous instructions based on your position.

For those coming from the West, follow the signs for Espalion, Aubrac, and Nasbinals. Once you reach the garage, turn right towards Marvejols. Cross the bridge and then turn left. The first house on the left will be yours.
